![]() ![]() I texted the number the hold message told me to text and no one texted back. My dumpster didn’t show all day, so I called and left a callback number and no one called back. I made it clear to the sales rep that I need it to clean out my mother’s house after she died on Sunday and that I have to complete it by today and really needed two days for it. My dumpster wasn’t here on the promised date and still hasn't arrived. No show dumpster and nonexistent customer service They should have just brought me a 40 yard dumpster like I had asked for! Next time, I will avoid all of their hassle and go through another company altogether!Īll around terrible. I got home from work and not only did they not open it, but they sent a 30 yd dumpster instead. They promised to have another one dropped off the next day and they said they would open it when they dropped it off. Then, they sent someone out to look at it and they deemed it unusable as they couldn't open it either. We told them the door wouldn't open and they sent us a video (as if we were not smart enough to look that one up already). Until the door wouldn't open and it was filled in the bottom with about 6 inches of sludge and cardboard boxes. They took the payment for a 40 yard dumpster and dropped it off 2 days later. I would give it zero stars if that was an option. Never never never use this POS company, the screwed me royally and didn't seem to care a bit, and I haven't even gotten a refund of the money I paid two weeks ago!!įalse Advertising, Bait and Switch.should I go on? Called again at 5PM (they had said absolutely by 6PM), 30 minutes on hold, bitchy gal said " oh they had a problem THIS MORNING and may not be able to deliver till 4 days later"!!!! I asked, what do you mean by "they"? She said, well these aren't our dumpsters we just arrange for someone else to deliver the dumpster you want. Which I did, another 65 minutes on hold, only to hear "sorry can't give you a time but it should be soon, don't worry. Called at noon, agIn 45 minute on hold, got told don't worry, you're in dispatch as a priority, just can't tell you an ETA till 2PM, call back then. Got the crew back on site, called first thing like they said I could, waited an hour on hold only to be told "morning is till noon". They promised a priority morning delivery if I rebooted, which stupidly I did. ![]() I paid up front, then they canceled last minute, with my work crew on site already. 1 star is waay too high a review for these scumbags.
